ModSquad has partnered with a global leader in music streaming, and we’re looking for energetic, bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote team.

Your Day-to-Day

As a frontline team member, you’ll be the friendly voice behind the screen, helping music lovers around the world by:

• Responding to customer inquiries via inbound web messages in Korean and English

• Guiding users through technical or account issues with patience and clarity

• Offering helpful tips so customers can get the most from their music experience

• Providing friendly, reliable support that builds brand loyalty

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for skilled communicators who can connect with customers and problem-solve on the fly:

• Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken)

• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, solution-focused style

• Comfortable with tech tools, chat platforms, and multitasking

• Experienced in managing 3 - 5 chats at once in a fast-paced support environment

• Passionate about music and excited to help others enjoy it too

Please note: In order to ensure adequate proficiency, qualified applicants will have to complete language assessments in Korean and English .

Orientation Hours (Pacific Time):

40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period.

• Orientation phase 1 : 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1PM

• Orientation phase 2 : 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM

Production Hours (Pacific Time):

• Daily, 8 AM - 5 PM

Project Commitments:

• 25 hours per week

• 12 hours are required on Saturday and/or Sunday

• 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)
