TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend airside operations for unloading and loading of aircraft
• Load planning by weight and balance of the flights according to company regulations
• Co-ordinate, monitor & supervise special cargo handling and warehouse build-up
• Co-ordinate with Airport Authorities, stations, departments and ground handler on cargo operations matters
• Co-ordinate loading plan with Sales department and Ground Handler
• Co-ordinate with outstations on space allotments
• Co-ordinate cargo irregularities with outstations, customers and ground handler
• Update shipment data into the computer system
• Handle crew related matters
• Resolving all cargo-flight related issues with all concerned

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Good spoken and written English
• Irregular working hours
• Attend job training as required
• Contribute to team effort
• Able to start work immediately
• Able to work in rain/under hot sun

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• The position demands a full-time presence and requires also that vacation and other absences are planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements.
• The position holder is based in Incheon.
• Occasional travel might be requested.
• Flexibility is needed within working hours.
• Shift working mode (day, night and overnight) as per flight schedule.
• The position holder shall wear uniforms and protective equipments provided by the Company when performing duties of flight handling. Outdoor work is needed.
