The Role

We’re looking for a Multimodal AI Engineer to help us build intelligent systems that can understand and reason across images, text, 3D models, and tabular data. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning research and product development, helping us deploy AI features that are not only powerful—but practical.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, train, and optimize multimodal models that combine visual, textual, and structured data
• Work with datasets that include intraoral scans, dental images, clinical notes, product specs, and more
• Experiment with foundation models (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, Flamingo, Gemini) and fine-tune for domain-specific tasks
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deploy real-world AI features
• Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model evaluation, and scalable inference
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in multimodal learning, LLMs, and generative AI

We’d Love to See

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision (or equivalent research experience)
• Strong Python skills (PyTorch, HuggingFace, or TensorFlow preferred)
• Familiarity with transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models
• Experience working with multimodal datasets and model training
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Bonus: experience with 3D data (e.g., point clouds, STL files), LLMs, or medical/dental data
