About the Job

We are looking for a Circuit Design Engineer to join AnalogAI!

Responsibilities:

• Digital Design:
• • FPGA design and verification using Verilog
  • PCB design and artwork using Cadence Allegro
• Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design:
• • Analog circuit layout using Cadence Virtuoso
  • Design and implementation of:
  • • Data converters (SAR ADC, Sigma-Delta ADC, DAC)
    • Amplifiers (Op-amp, Trans-impedance Amplifier)
    • Charge pump, Level shifter
    • Mixed-signal interface circuits for memory systems
    • Custom analog IP development

Skills:

• Schematic design, layout, pre-layout/post-layout simulation
• Tools: Virtuoso, ADE (Cadence), HSPICE (Synopsys)

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Open to all levels of experience
• Experience with prototype tape-out
• Experience in PCB design
• Experience in analog circuit design
• Ability to design analog circuits using Cadence or related EDA tools
• Ability to analyze analog circuits
• Familiarity with RTL/synthesis/place-route
• Ability to perform layout design or analyze layouts
• Sufficient understanding of chip measurement equipment and experience in measurement and debugging

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years or more experience in related fields for
• Experience in SoC / ASIC chip development and measurement
• Proficiency in various tools (Cadence, Synopsys)
• Experience in designing with various CMOS processes (180nm, 65nm)
• Ability in mixed-signal circuit design
• PhD in electronic circuit design or related field
• Work experience in analog IP circuit development companies or circuit design fields
