Provide a tangible application supports, state-of-the-art solutions to the

whole customers and services using Emerson Electronics and Variable

Speed products, particularly system design and operation.

Provide after-sales support to the customers and respond to telephone

and e-mail technical inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous

Prepare training materials and provide technical training on product

application in conjunction with local team to support the business.

Visit sites as required to review systems and diagnose problems.

Support field personnel and customers’ R&D projects (new product

development, field studies)

Provide engineering support which includes drawing/specification

preparation, component selection, approval sheet preparation, etc for

variable speed products

Programming of HMI and PLC as required.

Perform related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
