Every day I had to focus on customer service.
This made me more passionate about the customer service field.
I had to find an efficient way for the customer and creative thinking, handle work fast speed.
We used to call nickname each other even though to boss.
It made me was able to more creative thinking and tell my opinion free.
Of course, when I faced an emergency situation was not easy but I did coordinate resolutions with management and relevant department to solve the problem as soon as possible.
The most enjoyable part was when we got a good grade from customer satisfaction because we found a solution and our process development.
