About the Role
As a Team Assistant, you will provide general support to the Investment Management team, including direct support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Internal team business support includes, but not limited to:
    Supporting the team’s day to day business activities ranging from administrative duties to sales and marketing efforts.
    Coordinating with clients, business personnel and counterparts for meetings across time zones.
    Detailed travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, obtaining appropriate approvals.
    Supporting visiting team members from foreign offices.
General office administrative duties including processing invoices, generating expense reports, ad-hoc projects and/or events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
    2+ years of relevant work experiences in the professional service industry as an admin person
    Native in Korean; proficient in English
    Strong written/verbal communication skills
    Good interpersonal skills along with a strong client service attitude
    Well organized for multi-tasking and work streams prioritization, and ability to lead own initiatives
    Proactive, motivated, well-balanced, team player and positive personality
    Attention to accuracy and details
    Ability to carry on under pressure, meeting critical deadlines
