Combined Joint All-Domain Operations Planner

As a Combined Joint All Domain Operations (CJADO) CWMD planner, you’ll bring your expertise to work alongside subject matter experts and industry professionals. Apply subject matter expertise in strategic planning to support a joint Department of Defense (DoD) client, providing planning support and assessments to effectively synchronize and integrate DoD and joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational (JIIM) capabilities into mission objectives. This role involves supporting multiple operation plans (OPLANs) and contingency plans (CONPLANs), contributing regional expertise to USINDOPACOM working groups, and engaging in theater-level problem-solving. Serve as a lead joint planner for campaign and contingency planning, integrating CWMD concepts into joint and combined plans, exercises, and operations. Lead planning efforts for joint and combined exercises involving multinational forces and provide subject matter expertise in joint fires planning and synchronization across all domains. Liaise with global military counterparts to ensure cohesive combined operations planning and coordinate closely with senior leaders and staff at three- and four-star headquarters. Responsibilities also include developing analytical products, such as white papers and decision briefs for senior military and civilian stakeholders, and supporting wargaming, rehearsals of concept (ROC) drills, and exercise control (EXCON) functions.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in CJADO planning

• 5+ years of experience planning in USINDOPACOM

• 3+ years of experience in a DoD 3-4-star headquarters

• 2+ years of experience with joint and combined exercise design and support

• Knowledge of CWMD operations, doctrine, policy and planning

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Master’s degree

• Graduate of a senior-level JPME course, service planning school, or service equivalent, such as School of Advance Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in campaign design or operational art in a multi-domain environment

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of USINDOPACOM plans, military structures, and command relationships

• Ability to speak, read, and write in the Korean language

• Ability to lead combined joint all domain fires planning, targeting, and integration of effects across domains

• Completion of DoD CWMD Service School or Training

• Completion of DoD Fires Service School or Targeting Training

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
