Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Management or Human resources
• Finance Knowledge will be a big advantage
• 2~7 years Human Resources management experience; preferably in a hospitality, OTA environment
• Knowledge of local regulations in the areas of labor laws
• Fluent in English
• Critical and independent thinking
• Should be a self starter and must be goal oriented
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have very good knowledge in various MS Office applications such as Excel, Power Point and of course Word.
