What You’ll Do at BTS

As a Senior Consultant or Associate Director, you will:

Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients across industries.
Leverage BTS’s full capabilities to design and lead multi-workstream projects and client-specific solutions that align with client's strategic goals and deliver impactful results.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients.
Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries.
Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth.
Lead with a client-focused mindset, ensuring team alignment with client success and outcomes.
Work closely with the Korea team, as well as BTS global leaders and Centers of Excellence (CoE), to drive business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment, ideally in change management, strategy, or organizational development.
Proven experience in leading projects, and partnering with various business stakeholders.
Experience in crafting strategic deliverables and managing project outcomes that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities.
Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international, up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods).
Native Korean and fluent in English.
