Bloom Energy Korea, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for an Office Manager, Korea Office to join its world class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today's most exciting technologies. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The individual will be an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work with supervisors from different teams.
Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Location: This position will be based in Seoul, Korea Role and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the regular payment through oracle system, such as creating PR, collecting PR reports and proceeding AP process of all invoices.
  • Assisting Country Head of Korea to organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting HQ/India finance team including remittance of importing goods from Bloom USA, forecasting the cash outflow, reporting accruals list and other bank related works. Closely working with HQ/India finance team and 3rd party accounting firm.
  • Responsible for general affairs; supporting new hiring and exit, managing employee's PA insurance, vendor registration and issuance of various certificates.
  • Responsible for the office management:
    Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
    Ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed and maintained
    Maintain a safe and secure working environment for Bloom Energy Korea team
    Organize office operations and procedures, partner with HR and IT as necessary
    Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Supporting HQ/India HR and IT team procedures and managing Shiftee which is personnel management Application, as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
  • 2 + years of office management, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Korean.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedure.
