Job Description:
Cloudetica Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to build and manage talent pipelines for our remote, project‑based engineering roles including Fullstack Engineers, Software QA Engineers, and DevOps specialists. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and identify top‑tier candidates through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship‑building. This casual, part‑time engagement offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a high impact as we scale our AWS‑focused engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement: You will proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and tech communities.Also, you will build and maintain a network of qualified engineering professionals (React/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, AWS, QA automation, etc.).

Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screens to evaluate technical background, culture fit, and compensation expectations.Administer and interpret technical assessments or take‑home exercises in partnership with hiring managers.

Job Description & Employer Branding:Craft clear, engaging job postings that accurately reflect role responsibilities, required skills, and company culture.Promote Cloudetica Solutions as an employer of choice in remote‑first, AWS‑centric engineering circles.

Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Schedule and manage multi‑stage interview processes: behavioral, case study reviews, and hands‑on technical challenges. Debrief with hiring teams to align on candidate feedback and next steps.

Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track candidates through our ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) and maintain up‑to‑date status reports. Provide recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and process improvement recommendations.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on offer structuring and negotiation. Help hand off accepted candidates to onboarding teams for a seamless start.

Qualifications:

Required:

· Seniority in terms of technical recruiting experience, preferably hiring software engineers (Fullstack, QA/Automation, DevOps).

· Solid understanding of web technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python), AWS services, and QA/test automation frameworks.

· Proven track record sourcing candidates for remote, contract‑oriented, and part‑time engagements.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).

· Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in a distributed team environment.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred:

· Experience recruiting in a startup or cloud‑services context.

· Knowledge of technical assessment tools and best practices for evaluating engineering skills.

· Exposure to compensation benchmarking for contractor and hourly‑rate roles.

· Prior experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.

Format of Work:

  • Fully remote, casual/part-time, project-based role.
  • Compensation provided at an hourly rate.

Interview Process:

  • Behavioral Interview: Discuss your recruiting background, remote work experience, and approach to sourcing engineers. We will also walk through an exercise where you will identify and present a shortlist of 3–5 candidate profiles for a hypothetical technical role, including sourcing rationale.
  • Technical Case Study: A case study will be provided where you will walk through sample job specifications (e.g., Fullstack, QA) and outline your sourcing/assessment strategy.
