Cheil Worldwide is seeking an English-speaking creative Copywriter to work at HQ in Seoul, Korea. Relocation, visa, housing allowance, stipends, annual return trip offered. MUST commit to a minimum of 2 years in Korea. Must have strong copywriting experience, preferably for tech and consumer electronics.

- Oversee a creative team in the development of large and small mobile device campaigns and other messaging initiatives.
- Maintain responsibility for all projects and deliverables coming out of your team, and ensure everything meets the quality standards established by our clients and our agency.
- Coach, mentor and provide actionable feedback that sets up team members for success.
- Manage your team resourcing so they have the time and space they need to deliver thoughtful ideas and pixel perfect work.
- Deliver work that is tight, consistent across all executions and always ladders up to the strategic insight.
- Use your creative chops to jump in and help other teams with a variety of tasks and projects at a variety of stages.
- Deliver inspiring and compelling presentations that show your audience that you “get” it.
- Fight the good fight. Push for brilliant and unfamiliar concepts that make clients uncomfortable (in a good way).

About the Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
- Must be able to communicate fluently and effectively in written and verbal English.
- 5+ years of agency and/or in‐house creative experience as a copywriter focused on developing successful campaigns with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor creative teams.
- An online portfolio of smart, exciting and award‐winning work that shows a range of conceptual and tactical executions.
- ATL, Digital campaign and promotional experience a must.
- Consumer product experience is a plus.
- Experience leading shoots and working closely with production.
- Open to travel, extended hours
- Must be willing to relocate to Seoul

- Compensation: Decided upon in accordance with future discussion
- Annual Bonus: 0~20% (Based on Performance Evaluation)

- Housing Allowance: Housing rental support is provided according to the company's internal standards.
- Annual Leave: 20 Days
- Home Leave: One round trip per year /Economy Class (If you move to Korea with your family, your family's airfare is also supported on the same basis)

- Tuition Support(Children): Part of the child’s tuition is supported according to the company’s standards
