Head of Marketing (Co-founder Position)

Role: Head of Marketing

We are seeking a highly passionate and innovative senior marketing professional to join us as a Co-Founding Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead our marketing strategies and branding campaigns, playing a crucial role in crafting a powerful brand identity.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth sales analysis, forecast and budgetary control to drive insightful decision-making.

- Drive the digital-first approach to branding and marketing, developing strategies that enhance conversion rates and customer lifecycle.

- Utilize sophisticated CRM tactics and execution to drive member growth, loyalty, frequency, and profitability.

- Establish synergistic partnerships to explore collaborations, channels, and joint promotion opportunities.

- Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

- Build and lead a highly effective and continuously learning marketing team through best practices and coaching.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines.

- At least 10 years of experience in Brand Management, ideally within the Digital Transformation and Consulting industry, with exposure to startup environments and regional/global markets.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in managerial positions.

- Proven track record of successful development and execution of impactful brand strategies.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- High proficiency in MS Office, marketing automation tools, and office productivity tools

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

- Any other language skills will be highly regarded
