Q&C Engineer

This position reports to QA Manager and is based at Cheongju, South Korea.

What you will do

The Q&C Engineer is responsible to provides overall quality assurance leadership in the management of manufacturing sites engaged in the production of Kenvue products.

Conducts audits to good manufacturing practices and any other applicable standards.

Provides comprehensive product team support for quality system design and audit, compliance assessment, and for support of steady state manufacturing processes.

Utilizes industry and process excellence standards on a moderately complex level in daily quality operations, including good manufacturing practices (GMP) and international organization for standardization (ISO):

• Evaluate and/or design sampling plans and process control plans for lot acceptance and control processes.

• Support CAPA investigations and tasks, to determine root cause and corrective actions needed.

• Support manufacturing in analyzing manufacturing product lines to determine how or where, within the manufacturing or inspection process, the root cause of non-conformances or customer complaints exist.

• Study the effectiveness of inspection activities, and design means for measuring accuracy, Coordinate training of manufacturing associates as applicable and documenting of inspection work.

• Implement process control systems and provide support for new product launch.

• Establish and maintain appropriate documentation as required for Quality Systems activities.

• Provide leadership and initiative through continuous improvement projects.

What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Sciences preferred.; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Biology/Microbiology, Industrial engineering, etc.

• 0-3 years of work, experience in cosmetic or pahrmacuetical areas

• Good command of English for effective oral/written communication.

• Demonstrated experience in investigations, change control, validation, batch record review, analytical data review and/or audits (Preferred)

• Problem Solving skills

• Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills, proficient computer operation skills.
