  • Position

    This position is to design strategies to recruit and retain top client group, coaching sales staff on client cultivation and high service standards to elevate the client experience.

  • Job responsibilities
    • To ensure the salon operation is run in a smooth way and always exceed customers'
    • Plan and arrange daily one-on-one client appointments with sales team to exceed client's expectation through arranging special set up in the salon before each appointment, provide appropriate F&B for each client and offer tailored personal service to each
    • Based on company’s vision, to provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence that sets the benchmark for others to follow
    • Constantly reinforce and review clientelling actions which offers a range of unique, exclusive, quality and personalized services to each
    • Advise and work with boutique management team to ensure a smooth operation of Dior events and programs that contribute to attain/exceed overall company sales objectives
    • Develop new sources of clientele, new in-store monthly events and programs with internal team to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation
    • Implement new client development initiatives/activities to fulfill various types of customers request and interest
    • Establish new tools to help sales staff to keep track of clients buying preference; special dates for celebration; activities attended and personal details
    • Help sales team to establish a yearly activity plan to keep frequent contact with Elites and VVICs
    • Establish customer relationship building and communication training programs, dramatically improving customer satisfaction and service excellence
    • Assist the Boutique Management and training team to identify the training needs and to facilitate the training program for the sales team, including of developing effective training program and modules to further enhance staff performance
    • Participate in grooming and service training and help developing sales staff and amah their grooming standard and continuously improve service
    • Participate in other ad-hoc activities if necessary
  • Profile
    • Over 10 years of experience in managing private clients and a proven track record of success in recruiting and retaining clients as well as building and developing client’s relationships
    • Strong background in luxury products including Fine Jewelry, Timepieces, Haute Couture and all other high-end products
    • Strong social networking with existing and potential clients
    • Experience in managing P&L is an advantage
    • Excellent social, influencing and interpersonal skills
    • A trusted advisor for our clients in terms of fashion trends and styles
