  • Ensure Service demand deadlines are fulfilled in terms of Machining & spare kits schedule adherence
  • Periodically maintain capacity according to agreed Service level
  • Periodically maintain capacity allocation between AVI & VSS
  • Maintain and monitor capacity consumption against agreed resources level
  • Monitor production to ensure planning priority in constrained situation
  • Response to expedite request and customer urgent delivery request
  • Manage exceptions (e.g. machine failures, test failure, human resources, materials supply issues) and recovery plans; communicate impacts and prioritize activities
  • Review and reporting demand/plan with balance projection regularly

Education level : Degree in Engineering, Science or Business followed by exposure in a planning or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge areas/Skills

  • Good operations management knowledge and experience.
  • Specific knowledge of the manufacturing process and semiconductor market.
  • Good understanding of factory planning and supply chain process
  • Good understading of SAP ERP
  • Strong administrative and personal disciplines to perform complex analytical activities requiring a meticulous approach and accurate data entry.
  • Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Computer literate, specifically; Advanced Excel, SAP or ERP system
