  • Job Description:
    • BS or MS in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, chemistry, chemical or environmental engineering
    • NCG – 5 Years of experience with semiconductor-display processing equipment customer service, manufacturing and R&D are preferred
    • Hands-on experience in the Environmental, Safety, and Health fields in developing and/or implementing programs to minimize risk to employees, customer and the environment.
    • Good collaboration, good attitude, Independent and confident
    • Working independently under general supervision, specifies, provides and manages Safety support on specified projects in accordance with AMAT policies and government regulations in order to control hazards to personnel and equipment and limit liability to the company
    • Routinely communicate and meet with different function and location contacts to support their needs and ease EHS concerns.
    • Knowledge in one or more of the company's EH&S functions (Site Safety, Lab Safety, Filed Service Safety, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics etc.) as it relates to semiconductor-display products, processes or work methods
    • Current knowledge of KOSHA regulatory safety codes, SAPA and standards and other non-regulatory safety standards especially SEMI Standards and KC Markings
    • Report and present safety related status and issues to EHS team and business groups. Participates in the evaluation and analysis of concept and feasibility studies
    • Able to provide EHS training and presentation
    • Knowledge in compliance evaluation of semiconductor products, programs, and facilities per company and governmental requirements.
    • Knowledge in investigating accidents and specifies corrective actions. Able to use 8D, FMEA, PHA and other investigation and assessment methods.
    • Evaluates and specifies work methods, design requirements, procedures and policies. Administers EHS safety training programs.
    • Proven program management skills in an empowered, and constantly changing environment
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver controversial messages to senior management
    • Be flexible, innovative and collaborative and have a passion for working with diverse teams in an inclusive and supportive fashion
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills both Korean and English

  • Education: BS or MS in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, chemistry, chemical or environmental engineering or other technical related fields.
    • 안전공학, 화학공학, 환경공학 등 유관 전공자

  • Industrial Safety license (산업안전기사, 산업안전산업기사) is mandatory.
    • 안전관리자 선임 위한 자격 보유 필수

  • Industrial hygiene license (산업위생관리기사, 산업위생관리산업기사) is preferred(우대) – 경우에 따라 보건관리자로 선임될 수 있음

  • EHS Experience in semiconductor, chemical, electronics industry is preferred
    • 장비사 및 Semi 업계 경력자 선호 – 고객사 및 fab 환경, 장비사 업무환경 이해하고 있는 분
    • 보건-환경 focused경력 선호하지 않음

  • Self-motivated and working independently under general supervision
    • 독립적으로 업무 추진하고 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 분
    • 사내/외 고객과 적극적으로 소통하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 분

  • Excellent in communications (written & spoken) both English & Korean language
    • 이메일, 보고서 작성 및 관련 문서를 읽고 요약하고 회의를 통해 의사 전달할 수 있는 실질적인 커뮤니케이션 가능한 분

  • Experience: NCG(신입) ~ 5년 이하 경력 보유자

  • Location: Hwaseong, needs to travel Pyeongtaek (or customer fabs) or APPLIED sites for business purposes, 30%
    • 고객사 및 자사사이트 출장 – 화성(동탄) 출퇴근, 어플라이드 사업장 방문 및 고객사 방문/이동 문제없는 분/해외 출장 결격 사유 없는 분
