Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Force Effectiveness
- Deliver sales force execution effectiveness and efficiency including customer profiling, segmentation and targeting, coverage and calling planning, by providing valuable analysis and insight to the sales and management team
- Lead the entire process for Segmentation & Targeting, and Territory Designing
- Suggest Resource Deployment or optimization based on Profiling, Segmentation and Targeting outcomes
- Suggesting the discussion for Sales force sizing and structure in coordination with BU heads.
- Manage process of target (key execution indicators, key performance indicators) settings, aligned with company’s business objectives and tactics.
- Regular call performance monitoring to provide advises and guidance for the sales organization to ensure appropriate call coverage on high value customers.
- Structure, identify and prioritize the key business requirements across functions by implementing effective processes.
- Evaluation and measurement of incentive compensation schemes to drive the right sales force behaviors and implement governance process to ensure pay for performance
Digital (CRM & Omnichannel)
- Lead the creation of the short-term and long-term local roadmaps with IQVIA OCE to ensure offering effective solutions to meet the needs of our customer-facing colleagues and customers
- Knows the status of all digital use cases to suggest improvements
- Provide strategies and recommendations for platform efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert of the IQVIA OCE CRM and associated business processes.
- Partner closely with the region & global counterparts to address needs, and implement new solutions locally
- Identify and manage the removal of any local systems not aligned to future vision of Ferring’s solution environment.
- Drive and support the organization to integrate channels to meet omnichannel objectives and provide a seamless experience to our external customers.
Business Intelligence (B.I.)
- Support BE&C (Business Excellence & Communications) Director in generating data insights, and executing BI strategic initiatives to elevate data-driven mindset
- Set data processing governance and transform raw data into structured information as “ready-to-use” data.
- Understand business needs, define business requirements and define relevant dataset for commercial data analytics in line with key business problems.
- Conduct commercial data analytics to maximize business impact and to utilize advanced analytics tools or methods to generate data insights in an agile manner.
- Provide relevant business insights to local/regional/global stakeholders from data analysis and potentially propose action items.
General
- Working with cross functional teams and to be an excellent communicator
- To be aware of Ferring's Group Code of Conduct and associated policies and procedures and other applicable laws, codes and regulations.
- Be aware of and comply with the Ferring Way and Competences, in terms of expected values and behaviors, in addition to Ferring’s HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
Desired Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 + years within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience in SFE, CRM or Business Intelligence
- Strong problem solving and & analytical skills.
- Ability to deal with complex situations finding a feasible solution.
- Experience in organizational transformation and project/change management (execution).
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor.
- Reasonable knowledge of the healthcare system and key local policies.
- Proficiency in both written and oral business English
- Excellent communication, effective presentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent skills using MS Office and CRM applications.
