Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is currently seeking a Tier 2/3 Field Service Representative to join our team. The program provides software, hardware, storage and network connectivity to the Integrated Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate incidents, identify and implement solutions for Tier I, II, and III issues
- Provide support for hardware/software issues over the phone and in person
- Support end users with SOCET GXP Geospatial Intelligence Software
- Support end users with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, and other GIS tools
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot user workstations
- Provide on-site application training, software distribution, patch management, and firmware updates to GEOINT analysts in the field
- Log all requests into Ticketing System
- Document and escalate call tickets to related IT groups for further support
- Follow up on resolved requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Here's what you need:
- 3 years of experience supporting hardware/software
- Experience of deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation
- Must be baseline certified to at least IAT Level 2 (IAW DOD 8570.01-M, DFARS 252.239.7001, and AR 25-2)
- Role is 100% onsite at Camp Humphreys, South Korea
Bonus points if you have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines
- Experience with workstation imaging processes/software
- Experience with GEOINT toolsets including SOCET GXP, GXP explorer, ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, GeoServer Suite, ENVI, QT Modeler, Jira, Sketchup Pro.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
