Nova is looking for a Material Metrology Division (MMD) Field Service Engineer.
- The Field Service department at Nova is looking for a service engineer to support our business and drive its growth.
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in Field Service Team, contributing to the overall success of Nova Korea. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about semiconductor field and are eager to make a meaningful impact through a one team.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or master’s in engineering or relevant field.
- Experience: 3+ years of Technical Experience in Semi-conductor industry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of semiconductor tech and vacuum chamber experience.
- Flexibility: Flexible response to company's various needs
- Language: Good in English, both written and verbal.
Advantage
- A wealth of knowledge in machine learning – an advantage to do FSE role.
- Proficient English – an advantage to solve or collaborate with HQ.
- Previous experience in the Semiconductor industry – an advantage of new technology learning

Role Responsibilities:
Role
- Provide service (Installation, Proactive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance) for Veraflex Series (XPS) System and Metrion (SIMS) to customer.
- Executes project handling, customer support, including modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, customer training and repairing of NOVA system.
- Act as primary contact between Nova Korea and customer related to system performance, collection of system reliability data, reporting and customer satisfaction.
- Quantify system performance, including system to system matching, using statistical techniques.
- Coordinate all service activities with customer to maximize system tool up time.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
