As a Marketing Manager you will Provide input to and lead implementation of Marketing Management / Strategic Marketing strategy, its programs and policies to drive and manage growth, retention and margin development, including launch and positioning of products/ services in market with focus on creating a sustainable competitive advantage to enable future profitable growth for the business.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead comprehensive brand strategies and communication plans that incorporate Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) principles, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission and core values.
  • Create and execute business growth plans for Galderma Cx brands, securing cross-functional support for innovative and feasible initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of the brand’s portfolio, focusing on both short-term and long-term plans for sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Manage Brand P&L Communication Planning & Execution
  • Direct the creation and implementation of annual communication strategies and activation plans, enhancing brand message and visual consistency across all channels.
  • Ensure that brand communication strategies align with the global strategy.
  • Analyze marketing tactics and investments to gauge effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with all external partners, including creative and PR agencies, ensuring they meet SMART KPIs and maintain high-quality executions Consumer Research and Market Analysis.
  • Oversee Consumer Market Insights (CMI) agencies like Kantar and Nielsen to track performance and derive insights from data and market trends.
  • Stay informed on competitive market dynamics to adapt marketing strategies as needed.
  • Conduct consumer and market research to uncover new opportunities and evaluate potential impacts.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify potential opportunities.
  • Identify unique connection points, unmet consumer needs, and insights to improve communication and content strategies aimed at changing consumer behavior Innovation & Project Management.
  • Lead new product launch projects as the local marketing lead, collaborating with enabling functions and regional partners.
  • Coordinate with the regional marketing team on brand equity and innovation strategies, leading local strategy and execution to build brand equity and ensure successful product launches.
  • Formulate annual media strategies and plans for key products in collaboration with the media agency.
  • Manage Owned Media and Brand Social Media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Kakao), overseeing the Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Analyze media performance and the external environment to identify opportunities for increasing media efficiency and effectiveness and cPR Management
  • Spearhead PR strategy and manage PR activities in coordination with the brand managers and agency
  • Handle risk management and social viral management, and assess PR performance through the Creative agency
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10years of marketing management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 8years of cosmetics related categories and brands playing at major off line modern trade channels (e.g. Costco, Emart and Oliveyoung) and also eCommerce(e.g. Coupang and Naver)
  • Working in major multinational companies or brands is a plus
  • Fluent English communication skills are must
  • Knowledge of general market status and trend
  • Strong understanding of consumers and market dynamics
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global matrix team
  • Comfortable with change, willing / enjoying to drive change
