e-Commerce Sr. Account Manager

This position reports into Group Account Manager | eCommerce and is based at Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

What You Will Do

The E-Commerce Sr. Account Manager will drive profitable growth by implementing core strategies and cultivating business partnerships within the e-commerce industry. This role involves managing sales on assigned e-retailers and executing e-sales activities to meet or exceed established sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on performance metrics and collaboration to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes e- Business sales activities as objectives to make shoppers choose Kenvue products over competitors’ by seamless execution of e-CD fundamental; Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing.
  • Develops Plan and KPI / JBP(Joint business plan) by e-retailer in line with their goal (I.e different assortment, merchandising, promotion, NPD)
  • Successfully manages Kenvue official vendors to build strategic partnership with customers and enhances visibility to shopper thru AD and various merchandizing tool.
  • Develops and implements Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams
  • Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information to make shopper centric marketing campaigns to increase company products presence with e-retailers.
  • Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
  • Works closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.


What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degrees or above.
  • Minimum 3~6 years’ experience in Consumer goods business are preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales & business planning
  • Driver’s license
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Good inter-personal relationship
  • Proactive & positive & innovative mind
  • Good communication & negotiation skill
  • Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
  • MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
