Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The key role will be to organize the day-to-day operations of aspects among other door-to-door international shipping and import/export, tracking shipments, and cooperation with freight carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. In addition, they resolve delivery-related customer service issues and ensure that logistics processes comply with applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Coordinate whole import process such as import declaration, lead time, COO, Irregularity handling
• Monitoring & managing inventory and participate for stock taking
• Monitoring the timeliness, quality and payment of transport services
• Handling complaints related to transport, including enforcing payments from transport insurance policies
• Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable
• Participation in local, regional and global logistics projects
• Export handling
