YOUR TALENT
- Education: University degree in art related major
- Professional: Minimum 5 years retail operations experience and 2-3 years from a similar position with a Global Brand(preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor)
- IT Skills: MS-Office, SAP
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at business level
- Functional Competencies: Working knowledge of retail presence/store planning concepts / Operational character require with good WILL / Customer and People Focused / Results-driven / Structured and Organized
- Functional Skills: Strong numerical skills / Ability to understand/analyze P&L accounts / Ability to define and write policies and procedures / Organizational and time management skills / Interpersonal and coaching skills
YOUR MISSION
- [SUMMARY] Responsible for supporting and driving operational excellence across PUMA’s Owned & Operated (O&O) stores / Accountable for achieving key finance targets(comp sales, sales KPIs) and developing high-performing stores / Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, KPI achievement, and smooth collaboration with internal functions.(Training, VM, Marketing, Merchandising and Planning/Allocation) / Accountable for the execution of consistent and high standards of retail excellence in all stores. Lead, coach and motivate retail store staff so that they are constantly motivated to deliver the customer experience while achieving set targets / Execute business activities that support PUMA’s core values, achieve set objectives and promote PUMA brand standards
- Task 1 (40%) Store performance & KPI support: Track and analyze key store KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ATV, Sales per Sqm, Shrinkage) and share insights to improve productivity / Provide operational support to ensure stores meet sales and DTC goals / Coordinate with store teams to implement sales-driving activities and flexible store operation
- Task 2 (30%) Team: Drive and coach Store manager and Assist store manager to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively / Manage work schedule management program and align with P&O team / Work closely with Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively / Work closely with VM, ISC, SD and MD teams
- Task 3 (20%) Operations Standards / Store Management: Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards / Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met / Coach and lead to ensure store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with PUMA Global standards / Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC / Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives / Make up temporary sales by managing Off-line pop-up sale events
- Task 4 (10%) Cross Functional Relationship: Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs / Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Retail Training, Retail Marketing, P&O etc.
