Whether it's optimizing inventory, solving supply challenges, or making real time adjustments, your work will keep things moving efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Regional S&OE Planning, this hybrid role will be based at our office in Seoul.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Align short term supply chain execution with monthly plans, making real-time adjustments as needed
  • Use digital tools to streamline workflows and address exceptions, always looking for ways to improve
  • Ensure the right inventory levels for every channel, balancing availability with cost efficiency
  • Create tailored plans for wholesale, eCommerce, and own-retail, ensuring smooth replenishment and alignment with sales goals
  • Track and improve KPIs like service levels, inventory turnover, and execution efficiency
  • Work closely with colleagues in supply chain, logistics, sales, and marketing to address demand shifts and promotional needs
WHO YOU ARE
  • Education and Expertise: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain execution
  • Problem Solver: You have a knack for handling challenges, finding solutions, and keeping everything on track, especially in a global and dynamic environment
  • Data Driven: You’re skilled with tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Excel, Python, or SQL, and you use data to make decisions and spot opportunities
  • Collaborative Communicator: You work well with others, keeping teams connected and plans aligned
  • Certified: APICS certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
