Lease with HQ to implement the Retail standards in theCountry MainResponsibilities) SalesDevelopment · Analysis of Boutique sales performance topropose action plan & objectives · Ensure that the Boutiques are fullymerchandised according to the set Assortment · Analysis of stock situation in each Boutiquethroughout the month to ensure proper supply to the Boutiques. · To identify fast & slow sellers thenrecommend appropriate action. · Provide statistical analysis of Sales &replenishment needs · Communicate and work closely with the BoutiqueManagers regarding sales activities, training, marketing and promotionalactivities Operationsand Reporting · Direct supervisionto ensure smooth boutiques operations and effective manpower planning ofinternal boutiques · Consolidate all the monthly reportingpertaining to each Boutique’s performance · Perform comparative studies on the monthlyreports · Setup reporting vehicles for distribution toManagement & Boutiques · Manage CS cases · Regularvisit to boutiques in order to provide feedback and coach the boutiques · Controland minimize operational rick CRM · Responsible for Reporting on Client andProspect data quality · Lead the Market to achieve CRM KPI such asquality client data capture rate, conversion rate and retention rate, etc. · Ensuring data collection and storage’scompliance · Provide qualitative analysis on clients’profile, store pattern in terms of client base and purchasing habits · Work closely with Boutiques to communicate andexecute CRM strategies, analyse CRM performance and propose action plan& objectives · To support other departments to targetthe Audience for Retention Events and coordinate with related internaland external parties for event implementation and all collaterals (Targetselection, invitations, gifts, etc) · To provide relevant support upon completionof event / campaign (quantitative and qualitative feed-back, budget analysis,etc) to increase the ROI Teammanagement · To work within Retail team to set BoutiqueManager objectives to be reviewed constantly · Manage & coach the managers, train andanimate the team · Ensure all Boutiques Managers perform coachingto the team according to Btq needs · Set objectives to boutique managers andconduct yearly evaluation, KPIs · Implement leadership principles and values forleading people and the business to drive the best work culture · Ensure talent retention and set actions forstaff development · Review commission schemes for all retailboutique staff and propose incentive to boost slow movers Implementationof Key Objectives) · Attain the highest Maison profile · Ensure all Boutiques are operating at theirmaximum level · Ensure all Boutiques are maintained at thehighest decorative standards · Involveand assist with the installation & set-up of new boutiques Skills · Minimum 5-8 yearsof retail operations experience in a manager level role Retail store experience, preferably with a luxury brand. Multi store or retail expedience leading stores in an operational role is a plus. Experience of delivering within a Retail or Customer-driven environment. · Englishproficiency.
