Your Role:

Meet customer needs and business demands according to the sales support team strategy
Directs and coordinates communication with customers about general inquiries and cash collection ensuring that all are handled promptly and courteously
Supports Sales team renewing mortgages and collaterals and manages related document
Manage customer master of SAP, website
Improve sales support and customer excellence working process
Lead or participate in global projects by process owner or key user
Reviews customer’s payment behavior & distribute payment list to key customers
Collection, Overdue, Payment: Reports publishment, Collection AR, Overdue amount management, Finance team collaboration
Other tasks assigned by your superior

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree
+ 3 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge and skills about ERP (SAP preferred)
Financial and legal knowledge
Proficient in English
