책임업무:
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a Field Marketing Lead, Digital Projects. The successful candidate could be based in South Korea.

As the Field Marketing Lead for digital Projects, you will significantly impact growth and brand awareness in the South Korean market. This is a rare opportunity to be part of our Marketing Team, focusing on Korea's customers and markets within the Oil and gas, Chemicals, Power, Marine, Infrastructure, and manufacturing industries.

You will be responsible for implementing South Korean field marketing strategies, plans, and content, leveraging global and APAC marketing frameworks to create and execute local marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth for Hexagon. This includes managing marketing communications, account-based marketing, public relations, event/trade show management, product marketing, market research, and traditional advertising efforts.

This role reports to the Senior Manager Marketing, APAC, based in Australia, providing you with opportunities for professional growth and development within a global marketing environment.

What you will do
  • Contribute to development of Korea marketing plan and execution (lead gen, retention, cross sell/upsell) to Total Addressable Market
  • Execute marketing programs using both outbound or inbound tactics and channels
  • Orchestrate with customers and cross functionally to ensure marketing campaigns are supported and delivered with results i.e. with pre-sales and sales.
  • PR management and content syndication (press releases, case studies, articles)
  • Marketing collateral production and management
  • Event management (roadshows, tradeshows, user events online and in person)
  • Review translations and localise content for newsletters, websites, webinars
  • Support alliances/channel partners with joint marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis and present summary reports.
  • CRM and data management for leads conversion
  • Reporting on marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Manage vendors/agencies/freelancers

자격요건:
What you will need
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Proven experience as B2B technology marketer as single contributor or part of a team managing across function and outsourced agencies.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing channels and tactics targeted towards aligned industries and personas
  • Strong marketing and business acumen with 5+ years’ experience
  • Exceptional communication, people skills and writing skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly desirable skills: including MS Office, Adobe suite, marketing software/platforms, Salesforce applications
  • Always curious and open to learn new marketing programs or initiatives to adopt
  • Well-organized and meticulous
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Strong command of English: spoken, comprehension and written is required
