Provide assistance to category suppliers in establishing and developing platforms and provide targeted guidance to suppliers in developing comprehensive programs. 3. Propose innovative ideas based on the current state of the category; Deliver and drive programs through aligning resources and merchant guidance; Define, implement and execute targeted category growth strategies. 4. Conducts industry analysis reports, uncovers potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjusts strategies accordingly based on market trends. 5. Modernize and optimize existing strategies based on market, seller and buyer needs.

1. 8+ years of operations experience with 3 years team management experience, including but not limited to merchant management or e-commerce platform operation experience. Extensive contacts and relationships with local seller and supplier networks preferred; 2. Strong data analysis ability, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data and summarize conclusions; 3. Ability to develop the marketing innovation, able to guide the overall marketing plan of the merchants; 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, strategic thinking and quick response; 5. Team management skills and relevant e-commerce industry experience; 6. Fluent in English and Korean.
