Job Description:

Job Summary:

Customer Service Clerk is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.

CSR also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service. (UPS서비스 관련 문의핸들링 및 클레임 처리)
• Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution. (UPS 고객서비스팀. 대표전화번호 응대 업무)
• Handling customer complaints in professional manner (고객 응대)
• Responds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction. (고객에 대한 문의 및 요구사항 처리)

Qualifications:

• Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline (최소 대학졸업장/학위 소지자)
• Good command of English
• Customer Focus (고객중심의 문제 해결 능력의 소유자)
• Computer Literate
• Excellent communication skills (뛰어난 의사소통능력)
• Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill (적극적 긍정적 마인드의 소유자)
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
• Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment

Working Hours:

• 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)

Location: 94-3, Mullae-Ro, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul
