Key Result Areas:

• Lead the development of the digital and technology strategy, framework, roadmap and operations, aligned to company key strategic pillars, working with the relevant global and regional teams, maison stakeholders, and product teams.

• Work closely with Global and Regional on strategy formulation, guidelines, directions and executions in the market.

• Proactively communicate to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor news, technology innovations, benefits and risks, and to provide recommendations.

• Ensure operational excellence across digital, CRC, IT business application support, and IT operations and services to support business growth and day-to-day operations.

• Identify new opportunities and define measurements or KPIs to drive revenue, margin and profit growth, customer engagement, productivity via simplifications and innovations.

• Create an Agile approach with the appropriate processes, tools and metrics to support new growth opportunities

• Manage and establish external partnerships – contractors, digital technology vendors, start-ups, and research or university for innovations.

• Influence different stakeholders to become a highly digital-savvy, curious and collaborative organization.

• Be a people leader for Digital Technology team development for mindset, skillsets and toolsets, evolving the team as one harmonized unit for success.
